day 1 - Departure
DEPARTURE from your city. Flight to Rio de Janeiro. Dinner on board. Night on board.
day 2 - Rio de Janeiro
Breakfast on board. Arrival at the international airport of Rio de Janeiro. Our English speaking guide will be there to welcome you. Check-in at the hotel situated on Copacabana Beach offering a splendid view. The hotel offers beach towels. After lunch, which is included, you will discover the "Corcovado" the mythical Christ the Redeemer. One of the most beautiful views of Rio, unforgettable! After this, visit at the Botanical Garden, which contains many rare species of Brazilian plants as well as plants from other countries. Dinner included in the hotel restaurant.
day 3 - Rio de Janeiro
Brazilian breakfast served at the hotel. Morning - Visit of the Sugar Loaf, going up by cable car. Lunch included in a churrascaria, a typical Brazilian restaurant (buffet of entrees and grilled meats served as much as you like). Afternoon - Samba initiation course for about 1h30. Dinner at your own leisure.
day 4 - Rio de Janeiro
Brazilian breakfast served at the hotel. Day at leisure to enjoy the city. Around 6.30 pm, departure for the Carnival parade. Entrance to the lounge VIP included (a lounge for 300/400 people with buffets and drinks during the evening. covered part and you have the possibility of being at the edge of the parade. Between the intervals of parades, singers are presented... it is very appreciated by the customers) Very good location! Information about the Carnival: The service includes hotel transfers > Sambodrome > Hotel, in an air-conditioned vehicle (van or autocar), accompanied by our English-speaking guide, entrance V.I.P lounge. Enjoy the Carnival!
day 5- Rio de Janeiro
Back in the hotel at dawn. Note that for the return transfer, we propose two times chedules, the first one at about 3.00/3.30 am and the following at dawn. Breakfast included at your arrival. Lunch at your own leisure. Afternoon - (OPTION). We will offer visits (not included) to the maracana stadium, Olympic Boulevard, Tijuca Forest, etc. For visits at the Marcana stadium, we will know that a few days before if the stadium will be open to visits. Dinner at your own leisure.
day 6 - Rio de Janeiro - Iguassu Falls
Brazilian breakfast served at the hotel. Private tour, exploration of the Colonial Rio - Walk through the old Rio ended by a visit at the superb Modern Metropolitan Cathedral, inspired by an Inca temple. Passing by the Santa Teresa district to discover the famous SELARON staircase. Lunch included in the Confeitaria Colombo. In the afternoon - Transfer to Rio airport, with the guide. Flight to Iguaçu (direct flight) - Once in Iguassu, our guide will be there to drive you to your hotel. Dinner included in the hotel restaurant.
day 7- Iguassu Falls
Brazilian breakfast served at the hotel. In the morning - visit of the Iguassu falls on the Brazilian side. OPTION NOT INCLUDED: HELICOPTER TOUR ABOVE THE FALLS. Lunch included in a restaurant near the falls. Afternoon visit at the Tropical Bird Park. Dinner included in the hotel restaurant.
day 8 - Iguassu Falls
Brazilian breakfast served at the hotel. In the morning, visit the Falls on the Argentinian side. Lunch included in Argentina. Back to the hotel in the afternoon. Dinner at your own leisure (Possibility to do a "dinner with show", with a representation of the different South American dances).
day 9 - Iguassu Falls - Salvador
Brazilian breakfast served at the hotel. Transfer to Foz do Iguaçu airport, with our guide. Flight towards Salvador - our guide will be waiting for you there and before joining the hotel, we plan a good afternoon tea (included). Then transfer to your hotel in the center of Salvador de Bahia, at the SHERATON hotel. Dinner at your own leisure.
day 10 - Salvador
Brazilian breakfast served at the hotel. The morning will be devoted to the modern city, Lower Town. With lunch included. In the afternoon, you will visit the Upper Town, where the main monuments and old districts are located. Dinner at your own leisure.
day 11 - Salvador
Brazilian breakfast served at the hotel. You will spend the day in Cachoeira. Situated at 2 hours drive from Salvador, where you will visit the 'Bahian Recôncavo' and experience its various flavors and odours while passing by the market of tropical fruits, vegetables, meat, fish typical in Santo Amaro village. Lunch included. Back to Salvador in the late afternoon. Dinner at your own leisure.
day 12 - Salvador - Paraty
Brazilian breakfast served at the hotel. Transfer to Salvador airport, with our guide. Flight to Rio de Janeiro and private transfer to Paraty (3h30 drive). Lunch at your own leisure (stop on the way). Arrival at Paraty in the late afternoon. Stay at the Porto Imperial, located in the historic center of Paraty. Late afternoon, visit by foot to the historical center of Paraty. Dinner included next to the Pousada.
day 13- Paraty
Brazilian breakfast served at the hotel. In the morning, visit to the charming bay of Paraty, on a private boat. Lunch included on a beach restaurant. Return around 4.00 pm to the hotel. Dinner at your own leisure.
day 14 - Paraty
Brazilian breakfast served at the hotel. Just before noon, jeep tour in small groups (don't forget your swimsuit, towel, spare clothes). Passing through a rainforest and four beautiful waterfalls, as well as a distillery of Cachaça (Brazilian alambic). Lunch included. To end your stay beautifully, an included dinner in a restaurant in the historic center of Paraty, with background music.
day 15- Paraty
Brazilian breakfast served at the hotel. Transfer back to Rio de Janeiro airport, accompanied by our English-speaking guide. Lunch at your own leisure. Flight back home. Dinner on board. Night on board.
day 16 - YOUR CITY
Breakfast on board. Arrival in your city. - Possibility to extend your stay (Amazonia, Brasilia, seaside).
