We organize incentive trips during the Rio Carnival, with the entry of VIP boxes (buffets and drinks included). For budget reasons, we also offer tickets for the access group parades (first division) which will take place on Monday, March 2, 2025; Tuesday, March 3, 2025; Wednesday, March 4, 2025 and finally the Champions Saturday Night on March 8, 2025.

Day 1 - Departure
DEPARTURE FROM YOUR CITY. Flight to Rio de Janeiro. Dinner is on board. Night on board.
Day 2 - Rio de Janeiro
Arrival at the Rio de Janeiro international airport. Our English-speaking guide will be there to welcome you and transfer you to the hotel. Check-in at the hotel situated on Copacabana Beach offering a splendid view. Around 12.00 pm, transfer to the restaurant by the Sugar Loaf Mountain, followed by a visit taking the cable car. Go for the Panoramic City tour of Rio de Janeiro. Dinner is included in the hotel's restaurant.
Day 3 - Rio de Janeiro
08.00 am, visit of the Corcovado," the mythical Christ the Redeemer. One of the most beautiful views of Rio ... Unforgettable! Followed by a visit at the Botanical Garden, which has many rare species of plants from Brazil and other countries. Lunch is included in a churrascaria, typical restaurant (buffet of entrées and grilled meat served as much as you like). Afternoon: Introduction to the Samba dance practice Classes. You will learn the basic steps of the Samba and get into the atmosphere of the Carnival! Then walk back to the hotel.
Day 4 - RIO DE JANEIRO - We wish you an Amazing Carnival !
DAY AT LEISURE before the famous carnival parade.
Day 5 - Rio de Janeiro
Back in the hotel at dawn. Note that for the return transfer, we propose two time schedules, the first one at about 3.00/3.30 am and the second one at dawn. Breakfast at your arrival. Afternoon - as an option (not included), you may go to the Maracanã Stadium, the Olympic Boulevard, Tijuca Rain Forest, etc. Note, we will only know a few days before if the Maracanã Stadium is open for visits or to enjoy a Soccer Match !
Day 6 - Rio de Janeiro - Iguazu Falls
A private tour and exploration of the Colonial Rio walk through the old Rio. Passing by the Santa Teresa district to see the famous SELARON staircase. Lunch included. In the afternoon, transfer to Rio Airport with our guide. Flight to Iguaçu (direct flight) - Once in Iguassu, our guide will receive you and transfer you to the hotel. Dinner is included in the hotel's restaurant.
Day 7 - Iguazu Falls
In the morning, visit the Falls on the Argentinian side. The Argentinian Park has a small train that leads to the hiking trails towards the falls. This same little train will take you to the "Devil's throat". Lunch is included in Argentina. Back to the hotel in the afternoon. Dinner is included in the hotel's restaurant.
Day 8 - Iguazu Falls
In the morning - visit the Iguazu falls on the Brazilian side. Afternoon visit to the Tropical Bird Park.
Day 9- Iguazu Falls - Paraty
Transfer to Iguazu airport with our guide. Flight towards Rio - then private transfer during 4 hours, Discovering the Green Coast Scenic Road with our guide to your hotel in Paraty Village.
Day 10 - Paraty
At 9:00 am - Walking Historic Tour from the hotel to the port of Paraty. Private boat tour with our guide. You will discover Big Island Bay's small islands and small fisherman villages, 2 stops for snorkeling and swimming with turtles, and Sergeant Major fish. Lunch is included in a restaurant at the beach. Back to the hotel in the late afternoon. Closure dinner in the historical center.
Day 11 - Flight back home
After your breakfast, depending on your flight Time, private transfer from Paraty Village to the Rio de Janeiro Airport, accompanied by our guide. Assistance with formalities. Flight back to your country. Night on board
